ImprovDates offers speed dating with a twist of humor and playfulness. You'll still meet great new potential dates in one evening, but instead of awkward conversations that feel like interviews, you'll enjoy easy ice-breaker games and insightful questions that will create effortless connections. As you play you'll get an idea about what your date is really like and a feel for how you and your date naturally collaborate - a key to a great relationship!

How it works:
No prior improv experience necessary!

  • We start as a group to loosen up our creativity and energy, and feel good together.
  • Then, we form pairs and continue our fun one on one for about 7 minutes - not enough time to name your kids, but enough to find out if you'd like a longer encounter.
  • You'll do an easy ice-breaker activity with your partner and have a few minutes to talk.

    By the end of the night, you've marked your card with whom you'd like to have a date and we contact you the next day with your matches - one you already know you'll have fun with!

    We make every effort to ensure an equal number of men & women and limit attendance to 12-18 people so that you'll have enough time with all your dates.

    Plato said, "You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation." So the seven minutes or so you'll spend on each date will be the equivalent of knowing someone for more than a week.
